About Sh4meful

Sh4meful is a data-set and application for monitoring and studying spoofing attempts across a pool of domains and senders that I'm responsible for administering, mostly using DMARC reports (aggregated, excerpted from more than a million records and growing). It is an experiment and exploration of the capabilities, thinking, and tools being developed for dmarcSignal (previously Viewleaf), by Christian Ricci, LLC.

The site and application are experimental in nature and may evolve, change, or be discontinued at any time. Nothing on sh4meful.com should be interpreted as a public release, guarantee, or commercial offering of dmarcSignal technologies. But, I hope it helps..

MCP API

Sh4meful exposes a public Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, allowing AI assistants and agents to query DMARC failure intelligence directly.

Endpoint: https://sh4meful.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP, POST)
Discovery: /.well-known/mcp
Rate limit: 60 requests per minute per IP

Available tools:

global_stats — overall dataset statistics: unique IPs, failures, countries, date range
ip_lookup — enriched failure profile for a specific IP address
country_overview — aggregate stats for a country by ISO code
top_threats — top IPs by failure volume, with optional country filter
network_overview — failure statistics for a named network
weekly_trend — weekly failure counts over time, up to 26 weeks

All responses include a source URL linking back to the relevant page on sh4meful.com. Domain data from DMARC reports is never exposed through the API.
